At Dapper Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If a fragrance doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unopened bottles within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your fragrance remains in its original, sealed packaging with all protective cellophane intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original box and use appropriate padding to prevent leakage or breakage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
